Hi ,
Is there any ALM database table that contains the information of all the sent emails?
We enabled auto email feature based on assigned to field , user is requesting a report which will hold information on when the email was sent along with other email details for this entity.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Thanks,
Srihari

No, you need to keep track on this by your own setup.
An easy solution would be to assign a special mail account for audit purposes, then set up a special email rule that will send an email to this account when the Assigned To field is modified.
