HP Quality Center 10.0x Obsolescence

I've received the letter from HP saying

“Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the version discontinuance of HP Quality Center 10.0x. All customers with an active support contract for the above product are entitled to upgrade to HP Quality Center 11.x.”

Can anyone tell me if there is a cost associated with this upgrade please?  We have an active support contract.

Thanks,

Coj

If you have an active support contract there should be no cost for the upgrade. You should be able to go to the support website (http://support.openview.hp.com/), login (assuming you previously set up an account and linked it to your SAID), and go to the Downloads center to download the new software.

You should confirm that with your HP account manager, if you want to be absolutely sure.
