You could build a new Excel Report Query using SQL. This option is available on the ALM sidebar, under Dashboard, select Analysis View then create new Excel report. All the Library fields are available in the right-hand pane Entities View.

Just a note that they see the "Entities" pane when they click on the "Query Builder" button which opens the Query Builder window where there is the SQL pane and the Entities pane where fields can be dragged or double-clicked to build a query.
However I think the guy mean "importing" libraries. In which case it is better to refer to the documentation in Help so he/she understand the basic mechanics and then ask specific questions for any issues encountered.
