How to turn on notifications from inactive accounts. If possible.

Hello, Is it possible to create an account in HP Quality Center so that the notification emails are delivered to the associated email address, but it was not possible to log on to this account. Regards

Yes, if you create a new user even if generic and associate the email address to that account it will be setup.

1. Login as Site Admin
2. Site Users
3. Add New Users

If you are using LDAP for authentication, inactive user in LDAP won't be able to login since Domain Authentication is not valid, however if using QC authentication, you need to Deactivate the user so that no one can login using that username. In both case the user details will still be available.

In the event that the account is disabled and the user is in the project whether notifications will continue to receive emails about new defects? Need an account that no one will be able to log in (which is inactive), which will receive the notifications still emails about new defects.
