How to vew all fields in business view graph/excel report - based on permissions

How can i change permissions for all users across the board to view a business view graph.

I have created a view joining multiple tables and have custom fields created for output. As a td admin i can view the report as expected. But when i pass it over to business, they are able to view only ALM fields.

Is there any permission i can change in their usergroups, instead of adding them to TD Admin.

Re: How to vew all fields in business view graph/excel report - based on permissions

Hi rkasala,

Please clarify if the view is not available in Dashboard module, and the customized views are visible but custom fields are not visible in report? If so please share me the ALM version, I will check and confirm for the behavior.

Thanks,

Tuan

This can be "fixed" if you go in Project Customization > Business views > "Defect" Business view and select the checkboxes of the user defined fields, which you want to show in the graph. After that Validate and Save the changes.
