LDAP Sync

I currently have the ITSM tool which houses Quality Center, PPM and Service Manager.  My LDAP settings for PPM and Service Manager are the same but whenever I tried to sync the LDAP with Quality Center, it through all kinds of errors and restricted access.  Please Help.

There are a number of different reasons that could be behind the failure as the interfaces between the products and the LDAP are different as well.  I would open a ticket with HP Customer Support on this as they would be much faster in responding to and resolving than this forum could be.
