Need help - QC API

Please help me on below using QC API.

1. How to attach/download testdata file to test case (not to test set/node/folder)in Test Plan/Test Lab.
2. How to do the manula run the test case say "10000_Test" (through QC API) in test lab and I want to update its fields like Description, Expected Results and Actual Results (values come from excel fie) and Pass/Fail as well.
