Options to run ALM 12 from Linux?

We have some development team we are trying to bring into ALM 12.02 however many of them work in the Linux environment. Are there any solutions for runnning ALM 12.02 from a Linux environment?

Hi David,

Would you mind please be more specific?

Are you tying to install ALM 12.20 or is the application down in this moment?

Or are you tying to run ALM client in linux environment?

Hello David,

ALM client was designed to work in windows OS so ALM client in Linux is not certified yet, however now from  ALM 12 a web based interface has been included, that means that ALM would be able to use several browsers without limitations of previous requirements

There are some enhancement request in order tobe able to use the ALM client from a Linux machine, ER id QCCR1J364.

I'm aware of the web based client however thre are only clients for defects and requirements. Are there plans to release testing and reporting modules?

Yes, in the future, but for now only Reqs and Defects are supported under other OS rather than Windows.
