Has anyone ever tried to encrypt or use some type of data masking within ALM Quality Center for PCI Compliance?

I ended up calling HP and the answer is "nope".

Yes, the answer from HP is no. However, have you looked at Gpg4win - http://www.gpg4win.org/ May be something to use for files within QC/ALM or if you export your QC/ALM results you can use the following.
