QC Message box text, Get long path name error

While using QC 11.0, occasionally a message box pops up with the text message, "Get long path name error".

Anyone have any suggestions as to the cause of the problem, and the cure???

Just as a reference for anyone else who finds this thread, the error seemed to be caused by overwriting a file when generating the report.  If you save it as a new file the error disappears and the report is generated.
