Query On Quality Center 9.2 Patch 26 and 28

Can I know why Patch 26 and 28 is needed to apply on Quality Center 9.2 before upgrading it to Quality Center 10.0

I don't think patch 26 or 28 is required before upgrading it to v10.0.

Whats your current patch level?

We applied Patch 26. Not sure but came to know that this Patch will enable the Quality Center 10.0 to store the Repository In Database which is not is QC 9.2
