Jump to solution

I migrated my project from 11.52 to 12.55, but all users migrated is empty, Only has a username. But on the source all users have full name, email and username. My new server authenticate users via Active directory and older server don´t use AD.

I have developed an Excel utility which can copy ALM active users from one server to another. You can modify the VBA for your needs.

Hope this help.

Remember you should test this Excel utility on your test environment before use it on PRODUCTION. you can use it but on your own risk!

Hi there,

Now that you’re using the Active Directory you’ll have to import all the user details from the Authentication Server.
