Simple questions for QC experts day.....
I have QC11.52 Enterprise platform with patch 4 installed with Oracle Database. These questions are:
1. Why there are no radio buttons or checkboxes in QC product? It is something to avoid even in customised?
2. Why can't we use the customised dialog windows in QC for workflow scripts?
3. There has been lack of debugging supporting tools for workflow scrpits to assist QC Admins/developers to debug the workflow bugs. This items has been missing for the several product version releases. A real nightmare for QC Admins/developers without debugging supporting tools.

Actually, let me inform that we do not have this information about why the application does not include Checkbox or Radio Buttons. However, you can customize some functionalities by using OTA API or REST API. Another option would be to submit an Enhancement Request by opening a Support Ticket and part of your recommendations can be evaluated by R&D for future releases of the application.

to debug workflow scripts, install SysInternal's DebugView (or any other tool that can display Windows's standard debug messages), then in your customization scripts, use this :
Bonus: you don't even need to remove the debug messages from Production code.
