Unable to upload and download attachments in TD 8.0 SP2

Good day,

 

I am in need of some expert support regarding a very serious issue my organization is having with an old Testdirector product.

 

Uploading and downloading attachments in the TD V8.0 SP2 defects module generates the following pop up message.

 

If you come back in to the Attachments section of the defects module, the attachment will be listed, but it will have a 0KB size. This is not an isolated issue as all users of the application are experiencing the same issue. Storage on the TD server is not an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end trying to come up with a solution to this problem affecting over 100 users in my organization.

Hello..

 

you should check the code of the  in the Script Editor of the Project.

It is in the Project Admin --> Tools --> Customize

Likewise:

Attachment_New

Attachment_CanOpen

Attachment_CanPost

Attachment_CanDelete

 

@try to retrict the size of the attachment within 1KB.
