Greetings,

Thanks for submitting this request,

Regarding your question, please notice that the Lab Management support will depend of the ALM System Requirements for each version.

For this reason, it is important to remind that since ALM 11.5x, the following OS are supported as part of the requirements for ALM Client Side:

-->Microsoft Windows 10 Requires ALM 11.52 Patch 08
-->Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard needs ALM 11.52 Patch 05

This means that on ALM 11.5x these two versions are support, so if you can use them to access to Lab Management.

On ALM 12.0x:

-->Microsoft Windows 10 requires ALM 12.01 Patch 03
-->Windows Server 2012 is not listed.

On ALM 12.2x:

-->Microsoft Windows 10 is supported; it requires ALM 12.21 Patch 02
-->Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64 Bit requires ALM 12.21

On ALM 12.5x

-->Microsoft Windows 10 requires ALM 12.50 Patch 01
-->Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and R2 needs ALM 12.53

Your comments will be appreciated!

Thank you,
Best regards!

Hi   thanks for the info but I was asking about the software that connects UFT Hosts to ALM.

the ALM Lab Service software from the ALM Add-ins page.  the version released with ALM 12.50 does not allow the Launch Host part (Key function) to work with windows 10 desktops or windows 2012 OS servers.
