Access Gateway Yellow State

Hello Community,

We have an alert on Access Gateway Appliance Health Status:

- Webservers and DNS: Failing to get Webserver Health

When we restart the appliance service, the alert doesn't dissapear, but
all the proxies works fine.
I think its a cosmetical issue, but it's weird that the Administration
Console doesn't show Reverse proxy status list or DNS Status.
Thanks in advance,

I don't see that item in my list. What version of NAM are you running?

So when you go into the Admin Console and select: Devices -> Access Gateways
It'll list your AG Clusters and underneath each cluster is each AG Server

I'm assuming you mean that the little button next to each SERVER (not the cluster) is yellow?
And what does it show when you click on the little yellow button next to that particular AG server?

I see categories like:
DNS Server
Reverse Proxy - (name of lots of my proxies)
etc

But I don't have one called:
Webservers and DNS: Failing to get Webserver Health

But maybe you're in a different spot in the Admin Console?

Hi kjhurni,

The yellow is in Devices -> Access Gateways -> "Health button of one
server in cluster" (we only have one server on this moment).
Our version is 3.2.2-77 + IR1-107.
We don't have those categories (DNS Server, Reverse Proxy - XXXX ,
etc.). We only have one category with that message "Webservers and DNS:
Failing to get Webserver Health". It's curious but everything works
fine, the problem is that i can't see the "reverse proxyes / DNS status"
and appart from that We can not remove this warning message.
I checked logs but nothing in there.

thanks in advice,

Hmm, I must be looking in the wrong spot, as I have a NAM 3.2.2 IR2 setup and my health status looks the same as I described. The first item listed is just:
DNS Server
Followed by the Reverse Proxy -whatevers
followed by
AGM Configuration etc

This is the Access Gateway APPLIANCE right? Not the Access Gateway SERVICE? (two completely different beasts).

Normally the "health" items if they are yellow cannot be manually cleared. You have to fix the underlying issue.
