Custom Cache Control settings not available

Hi all,
we are setting up two new 4.0.0-110 + HF3 clusters.
We are using MAGs.

When we go to *Devices *> *Access Gateways* > *Edit *> *[Name of Reverse
Proxy]* > *[Name of Proxy Service]* > *HTTP Options*.
For any of our reverse proxies we only see:
-Allow Pages to Be Cached by the Browser
-Enable X-Forwarded-For

We do not see Enable Custom Cache Control Header or any of the associate
options as referred to in:
http://tinyurl.com/kunl45b

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Custom Cache Control settings not available

More info.

Found that it has been removed and no longer supported.
http://tinyurl.com/noead4q
Table B1 and the Feature "Custom cache control headers" is not supported
for either the gateway appliance or service options.
