Endless looping when authenticating to external SP via SAML2

Hi
Curious problem. We have configured AM as a Shibboleth IDP for an
external service provider. When we access the site via HTTP from within
the University network and attempt to log in via SSO, it sometimes goes
into an endless loop! The following IDP URL keeps re-appearing with a
different SAMLRequest each time:-

http://tinyurl.com/a2qlj3a

This never happens with HTTPS and never happens on an external PC. I'm
not sure if it is something to do with the internet proxies configured
for the University network. It does not happen all the time. Does any
one have any ideas on how to prevent this or what is causing it?

Regards
Steve Tennant
