FormFill Policy not working for AngularJS Web Application

I have one AngularJS Web Application.
I want to do Form Fill using Access Manager on that Web Application Login form. For this, I have protect that AngularJS Web Application on Access Manager and create a Form Fill policy.
But my FormFill Policy is not filing the login form of this AngularJS Web Application.

I am using Access Manager Appliance v4.4.

I found that I had to use rewrite rules to disable angular loading on the
login page. Then regular form fill worked (but not submit as that relied on
angular and an ajax style post). A JavaScript that used jquery to submit
the form was required.
