Post your fill policy too. NAM doesn't actually render the page and then fill and post it. It just
posts the data. So you are likely missing some required fields.

Re: How to make formfill with Oracle Apps

The login page in the iFrame comes from an Oracle Access Manager, I
don't known if it's possible to make the form fill, because it's
redirected on an other server !!

On my FF policy, I fill in the username and the password.

Okay, that changes things, IMO.

Can you specify the layout you are using?

We're using Oracle eBS, which uses FND_USER. THere's a cool solutions
article that states how to use NAM to do SSO.
HOWEVER:

If you are using OID with eBS, then Oracle REQUIRES that you use OAM.
Once OAM comes into play, all bets are off.

OAM uses OID but it changes the way that eBS functions.
Now, instead of logging into the eBS web login page, it redirects you to
the OAM SSO login page.

If you want to front-end OAM with NAM, then you need to setup YET
ANOTHER box (a "generic" reverse proxy) for OAM to use. It's a long
story but something about the fact that OAM needs to put a special jar
file or something on the reverse proxy in front of it, and:
a) NetIQ doesn't support you putting that special things on their
code--espeically if you're using the MAG appliance
b) Oracle doesn't support NAM as a reverse proxy for you to place the
special code on.

Therefore, your layout is going to be something like this:

NAM/AG -> OAM -> "some other reverse proxy" -> eBS

OAM comes with the code to setup the reverse proxy that they do support
the specialized code on it, and it will eventually work, but it's a
royal PITA to troubleshoot, and technically at that stage, you're really
using OAM/reverse proxy just like NAM (since OAM is a competitor to
NAM).

The Oracle docs are obtuse in the above regard. They have a nice
diagram that shows the setup is supported, but the diagram just says
"reverse proxy" (I believe), so we ASSUMED that meant NAM. But then the
docs mention the fact you need to install some special software on the
reverse proxy (they don't really tell you HOW).

ASSUMING you get all Oracle servers/bits in place, then you do a simple
formfill (but the formfill is on the OAM portion that you have to
reverse proxy, NOT the eBS server--although you have to reverse proxy
the eBS server as well).
