Identity Server not shown in admin console Access Mngr 4

I want to install NetIQ Access Manager 4.0 Components in different SLES
11 64 bit.
I installed Admin Console and Identity Server in separate server.
But I could not get the installed Identity Server in Device under Admin
Console.
In the time of Identity Server installation, I provided the server IP of
the Admin Console and followed the steps as directed in docs. Since I
did not create the NAT IP of Admin Console, then I did not provide it
for Identity Server.

I've noticed in the SLES of Identity Server, the novell-tomcat7 is shown

Kindly give the solution please.

Does the Identity Server and Admin Console sit in the same network or
are there firewalls between them?

Re: Identity Server not shown in admin console Access Mngr 4

Firewalls are stopped for both system and mentioned ports are opened.

The issue is resolved by the changing of the installation packages.

Sounds like you had a bad download.

Can you define 'changing of the installation packages'. As in you
redownloaded stuff as Will seems to suggest?

Yes, the first downloaded packages were not working.
Re-downloaded it and installed successfully.

Thanks
