Issue with Access gateway service in Access Manager 4.2

Hello,

I have recently installed Access Manager 4.2

ADM+IDP in one server and Access Gateway service (not appliance) on
another box.
All communication was open between both box.

While installing the Access Gateway service, I gave 1st box IP for Admin
Console as I had installed ADM and IDP on 1st box.

It went fine without any error.

However, when I logged-in to ADM, I don't see any Access Gateway server
listed on it.

As mention in Access Manager document, I tried exporting configuration
with script as well.
Still no difference.

Can some one suggest what could be wrong or if I am missing anything?

Thanks,
Kunal Jaiswal

I would try to reimport it and then monitor the app_sc log file on the
AMC. You can find the log file under /opt/novell/devman/share/logs

Hi Kunal,

I'd would verify that the Access Gateway Service installed properly by
checking the install log. I've run into issues in the past were the
gateway doesn't install then doesn't import. Once you've verified that
it's installed, try Edwards suggestion.

Thanks. Eric.
