Login URL gets changed while login url hit on browser

Hi,

I have configured a protected resource for login. when i am trying to
hit that url it takes me to NIS and url gets changed to NIS as.

My login url is : https://tour-nag.tour.ns.com/UI/Login
when i hit this url it takes me to
http://tinyurl.com/k9lcjqd.....

and when i am trying to get "request.getServerName()" it returns me
"tour-nis.tour.ns.com" and i want "tour-nag.tour.ns.com".

Is there any configuration so URL will never gets change.

Please help.

Thanks,
Vaibhav

So if I understand you correctly you want the application to handle its
own authentication rather than having NAM to prompt for authentication?

Edward,
no i don't want the application to handle its own authentication, my
requirement is URL - Domain will never gets change.
i mean if i hit url with domain "tour-nag.tour.ns.com" then during login
page it should show me same instead of "tour-nis.tour.ns.com".

tour-nag.tour.ns.com is my access gateway.
tour-nis.tour.ns.com is my identity server.

Hope you understand my requirement.

Thanks,
Vaibhav

Ah, i see what you mean. There is a non-redirect option but that only
works for basic auth and not form based authentication from the top of
my head. What you could do is accelerate your nidp through a path based
multi homed proxy service. So you create a new path based proxy service
under tour-nag.tour.ns.com which allows all traffic to /nidp/*. On the
IDP you set the base URL to be tour-nag.tour.ns.com.

Make sure the path based multi homed proxy service matches the protocol
(https/http) set on the IDP as well.

Hopefully this helps.
