NAM 3.2 & CGI MATCHING CRITERIA

Hello

We try to logout from 2 applications with a CGI Matching Criteria and
it's not working.

Il we try to use a text criteria to detect the page and redirect to an
other URL, it works fine. (in the same policy)

With CGI criteria we can't see this URL in the AG log.
We have modify the resource with /* to analyse all pages

the criteria is iowaxslogout=true

I don't see any information for NAM 3.2

Have you looked in the NAM documentation for troubleshooting formfill?

There's some global options to enable debug logging for formfill, and I
think you also have to set Apache to enable debug logging as well.

Yes, I have activated the logs.

When I try to detect a text on the page, I can see the success formfill
in the log, but when I try with CGI Critiria, nothing in the log !

Only other thing I can think of is that the formfill needs to be
assigned to a specific URL and perhaps the resulting page is a
combination of javascript that 's being built on the fly?

In other words, the URL that contains the cgi criteria may show like:

http://something.com/something/something.aspx

But that something.aspx is actually generated by a bunch of other URLS

So if you have the resource defined as:
http://something.com/something/something.aspx
and that's assigned to the formfill for the matching criteria (normally
that's what you would want as it's pretty intensive if NAM has to search
every page for that).

Also I vaguely remember that there are some limitations to the cgi
criteria that may be preventing this.

You may have to open an SR

can you post the part of the log where the logout URL is being
processed? Find the AMEVENTID and then grep on it.
