Hmm..i reckon a lot more customers would have complained if it wouldn't
work. Have you tried adding the URL to the compatibility view?

Re: NAM 3.2 sp1 form fill is not working on internet explorer

While trying to troubleshoot the problem with NAM form-filling on
Internet Explorer (IE), I disabled the function “Enable SSL between
Browser and Access Gateway and I also disabled Redirect Requests from
Non-Secure Port to Secure Port” on NAM gateway.
And to my surprise it works on IE, Firefox and Chrome but as soon as I
enabled SSL between browser and access gateway it stop working on IE.
Firefox and chrome still works, I tried a self-sign certificate and a
certificate signed by an authorised CA however IE form filling still
does not work.

Can you please enlighten me on a fix?

Do you get any errors? Any javascript errors by any chance? Have you
looked at the apache debug log? (you might have to restart apache with
the debug option.

Re: NAM 3.2 sp1 form fill is not working on internet explorer

When apache debug is turned on the following error was displayed:
FF:Enable JAVA Script is not checked

Hence I enabled JavaScript handling
Functions to keep:
function executeJavaScript()
function NAGPostForm()

Statements to Execute on Submit:
function executeJavaScript()
{
function executeJavaScript()
{
document.forms[0].submit();
}
function NAGPostForm()
{
executeJavaScript();
}

}

function NAGPostForm()
{
executeJavaScript();
}

Enabling JavaScript handler did not help, it still does not form-fill on
IE

However the Source page of my website changes when Auto-Submit and Debug
Mode is enabled on the form policy, so I am not sure if I am executing
the JavaScript statement

Can please verify that I am executing the right JavaScript script?

The original source page is on the first post (thread), when “Auto
submit” and Debug mode is enabled on the form policy the source page
change to :

Hmm...I'm not really sure. Is the resource publicly accessible? If so,
I'm happy to try but I'll need a login obviously. Feel free to private
message me. Just post back here when you have sent one as I use nttp so
I dont get notified when I receive a message.
