NAM cries after cache was purged

I am protecting User Application via NAM. I am using Form Fill for that.
I was trying to protect the forgot password link via NAM.
So, I added a policy and it worked fine. But it affected another
form-fill policy somehow.
So, I thought of purging the cache.
AFter I did that, when a user logs into the User Application via NAM,
they are given a 404 JBoss error.

Has anyone else come across this error?

Thanks,
Keyur

Hi Keyur,
have you also purged the cache of your browser? Which resource is
returning the 404 message?

Best regards,

Alessandro

That doesn't right. You doing any rewriting or something? Have you
checked with the logging option where the 404 page is served from? Do
you get the 404s consistently or intermittent?

Re: NAM cries after cache was purged

Hi guys,

I opened an SR for this.
As per the recommendations of one of the novell engineers, I deleted
the /var/novell/.~newInstall touch file, then restarted the vmc and LAG.

It did not fix the issue. So, he asked me to disable the new policy and
that fixed the 404 issue.

While trying to make this policy work, some of the existing proxy
services for Kerberos - SSO for User App, SAP Portal and LMS broke.
The authorization policies are not getting evaluated anymore.

So, I am working on getting those issues fixed before I get back to
making the new proxy service work.

Thank you all for the replies.

- Keyur
