NAM iframe issue with IDM Dash

Hello,

Our Access Manager is Virtual Appliance on 4.4.2 version. Recently upgraded our Identity Applications on RHEL 7.6 from 4.6.3 to 4.7.2. We use SAML2 for OSP, after the upgrade I am able to access IDMProv but not IDMDash through NAM.

https://www.netiq.com/documentation/identity-manager-47/identity_apps_admin_472/data/saml-authentication-for-single-sign-on.html
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7018468
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7004020

Followed above steps but not helpful because we have two separate domains for OSP and SAML in our environment.

Following is the error on IE:

This content cannot be displayed in a fame

What you can try:

Any thoughts? Please advice.

Re: NAM iframe issue with IDM Dash

It might be that this is happening because you have multiple domains.
AFAIK antiClickJacking option allows only one domain. If you need multiple domains, follow this TID (second part):

Re: NAM iframe issue with IDM Dash

Followed steps mentioned in the above article. Still the same issue, but if once the user is authenticated they can access the IDMDash.
Directly accessing the IDMDash URL gives an iframe error.

Thanks Sebastijan for sharing the article.

Thanks

Re: NAM iframe issue with IDM Dash

Looks like this issue was resolved in 4.5 release.
