NAM not upgrading

Hi!

Why refuses my AC to upgrade?

Because, according to the doco, you are in NAM 4.0 Sp1 which is not a
supported platform. You'll have to patch to Sp2 first and then try
again is my guess

According to the Installation an Upgrade Guide:
Page 81: 3.2Sp3 or higher -> Direct upgrade to 4.2
There I went wrong!
The next line is 4.0.2 or higher
