OAuth access to second mobile app from link within first app

We have two mobile apps, one of which has already been setup with OAuth. Now we have been asked if it is possible to gain access to the other mobile app from a link within the first app and for the second app to use its claims/attributes? So effectively share the same token? Is this feasible? What they want is for the user to be able to seamlessly have access to the second app from a link within the first app
I know the two apps could potentially be configured to use the same NAM client app but use different redirect_uri, would this give them what they want?
