So the authnRequest asks for any one of the contracts and NAM decides to
select one? Anyway to change that to list only one option? or am I
asking for too much. 🙂

Mine was just an example. See what happens when you limit it to a
single one.

OK but where do I change this information? Is this change done on the
service provider side or in NAM and where exactly?

You'll have to configure this on your service provider. How to do this
on the service provider, I don't know as I don't know which one you are
using.
