User app 4.0.1 Patch B
Current setup : Help desk is using user applciation to provisioning an
user to Active Directory and Exchange account using user application
Roles and resource.
Issue:
We have a Resource which is mapped to Exchange Entitlement ( and
selected one of the exchange database as a entitlement value) and
assigned to couple of users.
Now we have migrated all the exisiting exchange users to new exchange
database using Mircosoft Exchange tool and deleted the old exchage
database, as a result we see an INVALID link in the Resource entitlement
value.
Is there any way we can change the EntitlmentRef attribute value for
those users object to point to new entilement value.
Example:
Old value
ResourceName Exchange entitlement value.
Email DB01 Ex-DB01
New value.
ResourceName Exchange entitlement value.
Email DB01 Ex-NewDB01
The users who where assigned to the resource with Exchange
entitlement value (Ex-DB01) wil be invalid.
So is there is any way we can change the EntitlementRef attribute
value for those users to the new Exchange entitlement value (
Ex-NewBD01)? or is it possible?
