X509 smart cards and form fill feature

Hello,
Using NAM 3.2 single box version. We integrate smart card SSO with AM
form fill feature and run into problem that AM did not fill password
form field if user authorization done by smart card (X509). If using
classic authorization username/password method everything works.
Anyone knows how to fix this or it's work as designed?

thanks,

k.
