Generate the Support File

Hi everyone,

 

 

This post contains the recorded session <<From where to Generate the Support File>> for HP Adoption Readiness Tool. Please watch and use it to provide the HP Support Team whit Sysinfo.rar file for your issue.

 

 

Note: At the video I use ART course file type, but the method to generate the Support File is the same to all others files type (ART :recording, glossary, website, document).
