Scheduled BackUp - Upload script via web admin interface

Today: To use a BackUp script within AAF it is needed to go through the Command line of the AAF Server and Create the Shell Script inside the aaf_aucore_1 docker container.
A big disadvantage is that the BackUp script will be removed after an update/upgrade.

We would like to have the ability to upload a BackUp script directly via the web admin interface and make the BackUp script persistent on the docker container (BackUp Script should not be deleted after update/upgrade). It should be also possible to remove the BackUp script via the web admin interface.

To expand on this the web interface could have a scheduled backup option that also copies the backup to an external system.  This could be https, sftp, or cifs.
