TOTP - Support enrolment without scanning QR code/Display TOTP key as text

At the moment when enrolling a TOTP app you must to have the ability to scan the QR code. So you need two devices, one to display the QR code and one to scan the QR code.

To support enrolment when user just has a phone/tablet or desktop TOTP app (authy, winauth) the enrolment page should also display the key as a text string allowing for copy and paste in the app.

Alternatively, if you cannot scan the QR code you can enter the key below into your authentication app

Almost all major sites, that I have seen,  support this. (google, microsoft, paypal, ncsc, secureanybox etc)
