AAF 6.2 with AD Change Password at Next logon Issue

Hi,

I am running AM 4.5 integrated with SSPR (Password Expiration Servlet) and AAF 6.2 as 2nd Factor Authentication used in Risk-based Policies.

First time user login to AM, Device Fingerprinting (Risk-based) will be captured and user prompted for 2nd Factor (by AAF). A contract is configured with UPN/Password (1st method) and Post Risk Auth (2nd Method).

In normal case it works accordingly. Hoewever a new AD user with "Change Password at Next Logon" checked  for the first time access AM resources with resulted in the attached error from AAF.

Anyone had any clue how to resolve this ?

Thanks and Regards,

Keng

Hi Keng,

At the moment there is no handling of the password change.

I filed an internal ticket (112082), but we need an official Service Request number with the names of affected customers.
