Hello,

Where the users are stored?

Do you mean that the Sharepoint is deployed in one domain and the users are from another domain or they are not the domain users? If both are domain, do you have the trusts between the domains?

thanks for your reply

the users are in the same domain as sharepoint but these are the same users that access sharepoint from internal or from outside. the requirement is that when they access sharepoint from outside, we need MFA to be applied.

This is not possible at the moment to differentiate such situations. But in the upcoming version (6.3) which will be released in 1.5 months, we have the risk engine integration, which should allow choosing a more secure chain in case of external work (higher risk). In case of lower risk, you can choose to use just a single factor LDAP Password.
