User Input Form embedded in email?

Is there a way to embed a User Input Form into an email so that the user
does not have to login to the Operator Console to provide the input?
I'm hoping to include the form in the email so that the user can fill
out the form and reply. Thank you.

with Aegis 3.0 you have this feature. You send the user an email with a
link in it. The user must logon to the operator console, and then he
only get the input form and not the whole process.

I hope this helps you.

It's possible to give a form to a user, have them fill it out and send
to an e-mail address you specify for Aegis to watch, once it gets an
e-mail it scans the document and pulls the data out of it, and starts
working its magic.

There is actually a way to do what you asked with a form that is an
email template. There is a form that comes with AppManager, my coworker
found this in our 3.2 environment.
