License Query Question

I am trying to configure CallQuality after an App Manager 8.0 upgrade
and I'm getting an error saying I am out of licenses. I am trying to
figure out where those license have been used so I can remove them. Can
anyone point me in the right direction to start looking of if there is a
job I can run to list the licenses and where they are being used? Thaks
in advance.

Re: License Query Question

If you contact your sales rep, we have a process known as "trueup" which
invloves running a SQL script that gathers information. This will show
which agent(s) are running which modules. Or out of the box - so long as
you have discovered a report agent - there is the CompLic report which
might give you what you need...
