Password Management

I have searched the KSs but haven't found what we need. We need a KS that can monitor both local accounts on a server as well as specific AD accounts and alert when passwords about to expire. I see the "Report_UserPasswordExpired" KS, but it only provides a report of AD accounts that have already expired. We have to change several account passwords including both service accounts and user accounts on a normal basis and would like to be able to run a job in NetIQ that would alert when these account passwords were about to expire. Does anything like this exist?

Thanks,

Rick
