(APM/BSM) Support Tip: RUM Probe overflow on packet queue

The capture.log from RUM Probe shows below errors:

ERROR sniffer <collector/sniffer/PacketQueue.cpp:472> - PacketQueue has recovered from overflow
ERROR sniffer <collector/sniffer/PacketQueue.cpp:434> - PacketQueue ( Regular , 1 ) has overflowed (1000885<->1000467/1327849)
ERROR sniffer <collector/sniffer/PacketQueue.cpp:441> - Overflow Exception details : 0 , 1000467 , 1000000
ERROR sniffer <collector/sniffer/PacketQueue.cpp:459> - Number of in use allocation state : 253661 244284 246476 256046
ERROR sniffer <collector/sniffer/PacketQueue.cpp:460> - Number of MAX in use allocation state : 316620 335642 323760 351827

It might be the probe is unable to handle a high traffic load,. Some of the reasons that could be causing the probe to fail:
- Problems with kernel filter
- Problems with packet queue overflow

Its recommended run the Real User Monitor Probe Sizing Calculator to determine the current load on Probe and see if another Probe is necessary. If the amount of traffic can be handled by probe please involve Microfocus support to determine next actions.
