BSM 9.10 unable to send emails

Dear Experts,

I am currently trying to email reports from BSM 9.10.

I have created a test enviornment that uses BSM 9.13 and it emails just fine.

However, when I try emailing reports to myself through my client environment which uses BSM 9.10,

I don't receive any emails.


I have relayed both the GW and DPS to the SMTP server.

I am able to ping and telnet the smtp server from GW and DPS.


I am out of ideas.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
