BSM Upgrade 9.26 missing CI's information

Hello Expert!

We are facing issue after the upgrade BSM9.24-9.26, Now we are missing CI's value on SM ticket. From BSM event contains CI's when the ticket is opened at SM end, It doesn't have CI value.

Kindly suggest me the steps, Which can help me to resolve this issue.
