Re: BSM url FQDN Problem

First determine correct FQDN of your GW. Universal method is:

1) Go to GW machine (RDP)

2) Find IP address of your GW server

3) Type in command prompt: ping -a <GW_IP_Address>.

4) What you see in reply will be your actual FQDN

5) If you see FQDN different that you expected, that's may be the root cause of your problem

Than try the same on the client machine.

If everything will be fine, maybe there's misconfigured proxy on client?

Re: BSM url FQDN Problem

Hi NicolasAnt,

Thank for your reply.

Phisical url is working fine but not Loadbalancer url.

all client machines are in same network.

Also Checked from NOC Team said no issue from their end.

Aarya

Re: BSM url FQDN Problem

Try change parameter 'Default Virtual Gateway Server for Application Users URL' to your load balancer URL:

in Admin -> Platform -> Infrastructure Settings

Re: BSM url FQDN Problem

Hi NicolasAnt,

Thanks for your reply.

The below setting is already configured.

Any other reason?

Issue is observed  after 6 months of setup integration
