Getting " ** failed - target object was not found" error for truclient script

Hi,

We have to create monitoring for the application which uses microsoft azure for sso authentication. we tried http/html it is not working so we used truclient..

We have used Vugen 12.55 version to create truclient script and deployed it on BPM 9.40.

Our BSM version is 9.25.

Copied truclient protocol file from BPM 9.40 script repository folder and placed in BSM.

Still We are getting error as "** failed - target object was not found" now.

Any kerberos authentication file to be placed ..? Any one has document for the same..?

Can you please let us know your thoughs on this..?

Any idea on how to create script for sso based application ..? protocol to be used..? supported files to be configured..?

Any link/document on the same would be really helpful..

Regards,

Ajju.

@Ajju boy have you tried using different browsers.  We have similar VuGen script running against the MS infrastructure and were able to get some browsers to work more effectively than others.

Does this happen on all browser types or just certain ones?

Does it work if you are still in VuGen?

I had similar issue in the past. What I tried were:

- Using Truclient with Chromium (note: it requires higher CPU than other browsers)

- Ensure that the windows size in the Runtime Settings is same as the recording and not too small as some websites would automatically detect and display websites for mobile instead of for desktop.
