No data in 360 View from BPM and in any BPM reports

Hi!

I have APM 9.30 and BPM 9.30, connected with each other.
I created a script in TruClient and defined 3 transactions in it.
I exported this script in .zip and exported in script repository in APM.
Then I've created business app in App, configured alerts and treshsolds, wait some time, but there is no data in  360 View - End User Monitors:

Also there is no data in any reports:

My application in APM is Active:

Also checked status in BPM, it seems that everything is ok:

Does anybody know why there is no data in APM  Views and reports from BPM?

Hi,

Can you see any pending samples on the BPM console?  It's also worth checking WDE logs.

Sometimes, I have noticed that it takes a while for CIs to sync after creating a new Business Application, and the data is not visible for a while.

Other things to check:

   Check that a profile database is marked as default

   Check that DB partitioning is active

   Check that APM and DB servers clocks are in sync

did you check that you have enough space on the DB, it might be a DB issue

Hi Georges!

I checked space: on my DB server is about 13 GB free, and about 25 GB on BPM server.

Hi Tim!

Thank you for your advices.
I've checked wde logs - and found that my script sample was ignored on the BSM side.
Also I've activated DB partitioning in System table of APM mgmt database. 
Also on my BSM, BPM and DB servers I synchronized time settings.

After that I restarted BPM and BSM and now I see data in reports and 360 View.
