RUM Probe - Channels Status critical - Could not find channel <sub-directory> errors

Dears,

We are having following capture.log is full of errors as shown below. And we have many applications assigned to this probe - actually it was a working probe, we just rebooted the machine and after that we started seeing this error.

we reinstall the probe from start but same issue.

So any help fast is highly appreciated.

Dear Siggi,

The version of RUM Platform is 9.30 and OS is Linux 6.9.

The issue is resolved by adding the following line in rpsecurity.conf file

check_uptodate_config          true

Now we are waiting to understand why this line is not part of rpsecurity.conf file by default with the fresh installation of probe. Because during the issue we tried to uninstall and install back but problem stayed until we added this line in the file.

what is your RUM probe version and the OS and version it is running on?
