(RUM) Support Tip: RUM Engine overloaded

Getting no session details or no data at all on RUM reports like Session Analyzer may not necessarily mean that there is a problem with the product, it could be that the Engine capacity has been reached its capacity and it is failing to handle the current load. May want to consider the type of deployment being used, if already using One Server with Two Disks or the Two Servers Deployment, another Engine may be needed.

RUM Engine modes can influence capacity as follows:

Mode                                                                           Pages/Sec

Clickstream on, Snapshot mode - 0 pages back      2000

Clickstream on, Snapshot mode - 1 page back         450

Clickstream on, Snapshot mode - 5 pages back       300

There may be too many actions/connections/pages/snapshots enabled that one Engine can handle. Also, check if the Engine shows warnings/errors on the System Health section.

Some errors that can be seen on the Engine side when is overloaded:

UPDATE batch finished but # rows of ### were ignored in table session_summary [SessionCache]
WARN  - dump of ### entries failed [AggActionBreakdownCache]
