SiteScope Reports prompting for password

Since a recent upgrade to 2018.11 I cannot run a report without being prompted for a password.  Secondly, no password seems to work, the default admin password, the domain account password sitescope runs with, any user password.  Essentially I cannot run any reports.

Re: SiteScope Reports prompting for password

Hi Ericmorris,

we had the same issue recently with a customer who upgraded to 11.60 / 2018.11,
however in that case it was possible to create the report when supplying admin credentials,
so it might be a different issue.

You might wanna give it a try:
- When generating Reports, user is prompted to Login
- Login fails for all, except SiteScope Administrator user

During WebEx an issue has been found with the keystore.
A self signed certificate has been (re)generated and put in place, SitreScope was restarted and afterwards the customer was able to generate the reports.

Greetings
Siggi

Re: SiteScope Reports prompting for password

When I enter the SiteScope admin username and password in the prompt it does not accept it.  The only workacound was to login to the GUI as the admin account then I could run the reports.  I will look into the cert issue.
