Sitescope 11.51 URL Sequence Monitor Issue !

Hi Team,
I am using Sitescope 11.51 in Wondows 2012 R2 Server . We are using URL sequence monitor for 3 applications .
1. No Proxy used , we can access the application URL only from remote machine not locally .
2. We are able to bypass SSO page , post that we are directed to a pop up page within frameset - the end user sees frameset as various URL ( e.g one being welcome page ...other being product list etc... ) .
3. On Manual access to link , we will need to login first to home page with credenatials and then access the URL , URL wont work directly .

Below is a glimpse of error encountered :

Re: Sitescope 11.51 URL Sequence Monitor Issue !

Hello Fruity,

Hope you are fine,

This can be an incompatibility issue with the login form maybe using JavaScript (Is not supported with the URL monitors).

For this reason could you please try to check the source of the URL and verify if the script type for the login form is using JavaScipt?

If so, unfortunately, we cannot use the Sequence monitor, since this monitor does not support JavaScript.

Af the previous scenarios is meet, we need to consider the below Workarounds:

  • Use a SiteScope Web Script monitor.
  • Use BPM application.

Also, we recommend to use D:\SiteScope\tools>TranWizard2.EXE tool to create the steps for the sequence monitor.

We'll be waiting for your response and the information.

Hope you have a nice day,

Best Regards,
